Tony,

When trying to connect a supported beam 200 x 75 x 23 PFC into the web of a beam 200 x 75 x 23 PFC, the notch length comes out short, is this a data error?

Yes, thanks for the heads up on this. It is an error: the minimum notch length calculation check was written for I-beams, and failed to pick up that the required length for channels is different. This will be fixed in the next release - all but finished, but given the extent of the changes needs more checking than usual.
