Move up /down

There are some very funny things happening to the screen when I use the move up or down button for items in the project list. They seem to move rather randomly. Are you aware of this happening?

What is the 'they': the item descriptions in the Project Manager list, or the actual item windows in the main part of the screen?

It was the items in the project manager list but I was not able to recreate just now so it must have been a curious one off for one job.
