when attempting to update to version 5.32b the update stops and gives a message saying its unable to contact the sda web site
i have disabled the antivirus and changed my proxy to allow access wich bypasses our firewall but cannot get past this
is there another way to get this update for a manual install?
tried looking for a support number to call without any joy
our operating system is xp
