Registered users with current update cover only: You can now download SuperBeam 4.55a using the Internet > Check SDA Web Site for Updates option within your currently installed copy of SuperBeam.
This is the single biggest package of improvements to SuperBeam for a long time. Key changes
Beams can be cantilevered at both ends, not just beyond R2 You can add an additional load to be added in when sizing a beam bearing Timber beam bearing checking is now supported Checking of Glulam beams has been added Flitch beam checking has been updated in line with TRADA GD9 Timber posts and studs can now be checked when subject to two-way bending, not just bending about the major axis We've extended the standard load names facility to give a quick way of entering loads A beam's self weight can now be automatically added into the load table
