OLE object page

I have added an ole object page (word doc.) to a project. When i double click to edit i get the following error message: Access violation at address7C912B14 in module 'ntdll.dll' write address 7E429B7A, which wont go away. If i shut Superbeam4 using Task Manager then the editing window pops up. :confused: Any ideas?

This is not a known issue but I will see if I can replicate it when I return to Melbourne this time next week.
