Oversharged by Plimus !!!

Hi Tony,

Bought Prosteel today on the understanding that the web stated £100 for Superbeam users - still got charged £149 though and Plimus not interested in refunding the £49.

Perhaps Plimus are not aware of pricing arrangements for chaps like me adding Prosteel to an existing Superbeam portfolio.

Can I have my refund please...... ???

Too late for you, but for anyone else follow the link http://www.superbeam.co.uk/renew to get the cross purchase order price. This link is also the one to use when it comes to renew your update cover.

You paid the full price (£149) instead of the SuperBeam user price (£100): I will get Plimus to give you a pro-rate refund.
