Locked Adobe Acrobat Files

When I print out the results of the calculations the PDF file is locked, which means I can't reference it into a Microstation or AutoCad file. We're a paperless office and being able to include the results of the beam calculations in the plans we prepare would be great.

Yes, since we added the PDF export facility to SuperBeam we have produced secured PDF files so that the calculations cannot be tampered with (not that anyone would do this of course!). I am thinking of changing this, given that anyone who has a copy of Acrobat or other PDF generation program can select it as the 'printer' within SuperBeam or ProSteel and produce open PDFs.
