unable to download update. access denied message

I have entered the new activation key sucessfully but when I try to download the file I get the message "Cannot create file C:\program files\SDA\Sb455dsetupexe. Access denied"

Can you help? (Can I get the updated CD in the post please)

The most likely reason for this error message is that you are trying to install the update whilst the current copy is still running. When you get the 'you have downloaded ...' message window, exit the program, then install the new version by double clicking on the desktop icon.

I dont get to that stage. as soon as i click on the downlod button i get the message described.

I have you down as being sent a CD on July 31 last - this has the current version on it. If you can't locate this please email me at support@superbeam.co.uk
