Expired UpDat Cover

I'm getting a message saying our update cover (Prosteel/Eurobeam) expired in Oct/11.

However, we have an Order No (62825522) and Mastercard statement showing a transaction date of 29/Oct/11 in the sum of £70+vat.

Could you look into this please?
