Support for channel sections

The current release of SuperBeam 5 USA does not include support for the design and checking of channel sections. We have been asked to add this and will hope to have this complete by mid December

Progress report: Adding channel sections is currently being worked on, but now as part of a larger rewrite of the steel calculation modules so as to be based on the AISC manual ASD 13th edition.
