Printing problems with .pdf
Tony - when I print out the project [from the project editor] it creates quiote large .pdf files 4mB +, I am looking to reduce this file size, but when I go to Acrobat to doi this it says that I can't because of a security issue...

When I go to print the print editor says:

Current settings
Open on create: Y Secured: Y

How can I make it not secured, when there doesn't seem to be a function?????

Re: Printing problems with .pdf
Assuming you've clicked on the Send to PDF tab in the Print dialog, check the Show settings dialog before creating PDF file box. After entering the PDF filename a dialog is displayed which lets you set title, subject and keyword field values for the PDF file, whether the PDF is secure or not, and also lets you optionally select PDF files to be merged in before and after the SuperBeam-generated content.

Re: Printing problems with .pdf
Chris, you can convert the large pdf files into smaller ones by using any online tools for free like smallpdf and many others. Hope that works:)
