first 2 positions and then print these - you then put in the next 2 positions and re design and print these etc...

of dead 0.73 x 1.5 and live load 0.75x1.5 and cavity wall say 3.9 x 0.5

also with the stanchion design when I put in the dead and live loads and
tab across it knocks out the dead load - this sometimes does it when you bring a reaction forward as well

I don't know why the splice is not working but not wanting to teach you to suck eggs etc I would suggest you recheck the deflection on the beam its a very shallow beam for 9.8m span even...
