Default Update Subscription


We updated our Eurobeam/Prosteel/Superbeam subscription (96 Invoice 9746) on 19/Oct/13;

The last activation keys we seem to have received dated 16/Oct/13 all end with D10; and that means we can't get the latest updates; which require D11.

Can you investigate please?

You should have been sent new keys when you renewed if not, apologies. Copies have been emailed to you.
