Default Understanding the printout

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum so if this question has been answered previously, I apologise.
Iíve had a loft conversion done in the past (2006) and the engineer used Superbeam software to design the beams. I now need to take out a supporting wall and replace it with a post/column. I have the original calculation print out but it makes no sense. I've tried to contact the original engineer but had no response. I have attached the calcs for the relevant beams (Item 16 = F10). All I need to know is the load coming down through the ends of each beam.

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
