Default Invalid Key Entry

Activation codes not accepted for upgrade to Prosteel 5 & Superbeam 4, error Invalid Key Entry, can you advise.

Activation key problems invariably come down to one of the following
  1. Data mis-entered - see
  2. Old versions won't accept latest keys: the last three characters of the key denote its validity, YMM, so a key ending with 910 will work on all releases up to Oct 2009. If your update cover expires in 2010 the key will end with Axx where xx is the month. These keys are not accepted by Dec 2008 and earlier releases: if you are in this position please email us at to request an interim key which will enable you to update your release to the current one. Once you've done this, enter the Axx key in the release you're now running
