CD and Manual

I purchased Superbeam and Prosteel approx 2 weeks ago, but have yet to recieve the Cd's and manual. When i placed the order, it said these are despatched within 48 hours. Have emailed Tony, but no reply.
Anyone know how long it takes for these to be despatched?

Apologies for the delay: 48 hours is the usual maximum but AMR, who handle fulfilment for us have been closed for a holiday over the last two weeks. Your manual and disk should be sent out today or tomorrow.
