Default Reopening file error message, won't import from another file

When I open Prosteel up from the desktop icon, and navigate to an existing file, the error message appears saying XXXX.PS5 CANNOT BE READ BY PROSTEEL.

Exit the programme and navigate to it via Windows Explorer and it opens smoothly.

Try to add or 'import' an item or structural element from another file, it refuses, however if you go into that file and save it as itself, it then works, presumably this is a update/compatibility issue, and saving is the workround.

First issue for years, minor inconvenience, keep up the good work

If you can email ( the offending file as an attachment, I'll check it out here. I can't immediately see why the same file won't open one way but will another, given that both methods feed into the same open file routine within the program.
