I cannot get the renew online pages to work. When I log in using user number and postcode it just takes me to a page with no buttons? Tried it with Safari and Firefox and those browsers work with every other website I have ever used. Had the same problem last year and the year before and had to pay by cheque in the end.

It is the last one. The cover will expire in July 2012 which is within 45 days. The letter is confusing in that case, as it's dated the 12th July and tells me that I can renew online even though this is not possible. It would be better to write earlier. I'll send a cheque. Tim |

Sorry, my previous reply wasn't quite clear: the 45 days is forward from now, so August renewals will begin to show up in a day or two. July [31] renewals should have been listed from June 16. If your problem isn't down to a missing space in the postcode, please email me with your details so I can investigate further.
