Default Prosteel and Superbeam help needed

Hi Tony (if you're still there as support)

ProSteel and Superbeam Problems

I am having conflicts at downloading updates saying disparity with size. It started with me deleting old Prosteel and Superbeam shortcuts on my desktop. But unfortunately the old and new seemed to have been working together and I should not have deleted them. All very odd.

So can someone with great haste (i.e. very quickly) send me a brand new up to date CD version of Prosteel v 5.33c and Superbeam v4.52h. Now the question of what to do about my set up data on headings etc. Will they be lost if I start all over again? Or can I save them some how? I have never had problems with this before. It started when you changed over to the Greentram label. Perhaps you should not have gone to Australia after all!

Anyway I need help urgently.

I've asked AMR to send you a disk ASAP. The headings are all stored in the program INI file and should not be affected if you've just deleted the program file(s).

If you just deleted the desktop shortcuts the programs should still be there though - have you checked the Start Menu under SDA Applications or Greentram?

If you have a running copy of SuperBeam or ProSteel you can automatically reinstate the desktop shortcut by going to Configuration, User Setup and pressing the create shortcut button

Tony

You are wonderful. So quick to reply. Many thanks. I will save the .ini file somewhere else for now. How are you and how do you like Australia?
